How we work
We work in small teams, delivering small chunks of readily usable work on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We have a discipline of partitioning work into small chunks, estimating the work and allowing the customer to schedule those chunks in a way that gives control of project direction and cost. We believe that working in this open way builds trust between developers and clients.

The project management method we use to support this is called "scrum" and the technical discipline we use to build software is called "extreme programming".
