Globally Distributed Agile Development
Green Bar Software has experience of developing and mentoring a distributed software team. We helped a company distribute their product development effort between teams in the UK, Seattle and Singapore by mentoring developers in the Seattle office.
Over the course of nearly a month we worked on-site with the American developers helping them transition to extreme programming practices and to their new, shared codebase.
